Reach Romania seeks to honor God’s design for His children and their development in a family by providing permanent, Christ-centered homes to orphaned or abandoned Romanian children in the compassionate and loving care of Christian house parents.

TRAINING FOR TOMORROW

Over the years, Reach Romania teams have provided professional and spiritual
trainings to Romanian pastors, government officials and social workers.

Training in Trauma-Informed Care

As Romanian officials work to expand the capacity of their child welfare system, Reach Romania is leveraging our partnerships to provide trauma-informed care training to local families, social workers, and foster care advocates.

Vocational Training

Reach Romania is exploring vocational training programs for children who have aged out of the foster care system but lack the education or life skills to support themselves.

MINISTRY OUTREACH

Through our local ministry Feeding Body and Soul, Reach Romania provides supplementary assistance to families and widows who find themselves unable to make ends meet. By delivering monthly boxes of food, as well as firewood, counseling, and emergency relief, the ministry aids up to 12 needy families each month. Reach Romania helps meet each family’s temporary needs— both physically and spiritually— relieving much fear and suffering.

CHILDREN'S SUMMER CAMPS

Reach Romania hosts annual children’s summer camps in Timis County, Romania, that immerse upwards of 100 materially and spiritually impoverished children in the transformational love of Jesus Christ. Our teams create retreat-style summer camp programs for school-aged Romanian children with fun, Christ-centered activities designed to encourage, instruct and cultivate their hearts and souls.

MISSION TRIPS & CLINICS

Mission trips allow teams to experience firsthand God working in the lives of the Romanian people. American missions team members often serve with our children’s summer camps or our local outreach/wellness ministries. Reach Romania partners with Romanian doctors and nurses to assess the health problems of Romanians in need and provide medicines, eye glasses, or assistance. To date, more than 4,000 people have received free services in our wellness clinics. More importantly, each one has heard the plan of salvation through Christ Jesus.”
